Headers

Following are shown some Headers followed by the Wiki code used to create them. As more than several Headers are created they will create the Contents list.
- NOTE: If the "Contents" list does not appear immediately in your Show preview when you try this out ? Do NOT panic, as you have to put in several Headers before the Contents list will show up.

So that is just about it, and as you see it's not that hard to do. I will not bother showing any more like "forth level Headers" as it should be quite obvious how to do it from the above. Also will you really ever need to have any "forth level Headers" probably not. You can use the above in almost any combination. Like after say "A top level Header" example with the "two second level Headers", I could have put in another like the very first "A top level Header" with out any "second level Headers" and then another one, etc. etc.. The above were just done in that order so you could follow the logic of it, that is all.
